Tradition
Coconut is the main ingredient in countless treats around the world. From Belgium to Jamaica, Asia and Kenya. Our recipe is simple, few ingredients, because in quality cuisine the first rule is often the same: less is more.
Freshness
Our aim is to serve a product that, despite having a fairly long shelf life, is served fresh like in a small bakery. Our customers can follow the whole process. We mix, shape and bake, all on the spot!

People can smell the unique fragrance just by walking past our stalls and enjoy the festive atmosphere by tasting our samples!
For Many
Our Macaroons recipe doesn’t contain wheat, milk (only for the plain ones) and nuts (yes coconut is a fruit and not a nut) making them suitable for many. We also like to say they are “guilt-free” as it’s one of the lightest treats you can have!
